This item came to light in 2014 and is reproduced here for the first time. It may be formally published in hard copy form in 2015 in celebration of 60 years of the SOS.
Typed onto foolscap paper, taller than modern A4, each page has bee scanned to created up upper and lower part of each. The single-species overlaps ensure that there are no gaps in cover.
