The Historical Ornithology of Shropshire – Contact

This Shropshire’s Historical Ornithological Record web site is being put together by me with the help and the web design skills of my brother Peter. It is hoped that it will be complete by the end of 2011. At that stage the entire stock of material will be transferred to the SOS web site and its archives, in perpetuity.

The objective is to make all pre 2000AD material available here, with the current exception of the Buzzard, the SOS’s quarterly members’ bulletin. The site’s opening page lists all the material currently destined for the site. Suggestions for additional material, that is formally published papers relating to the ornithology of Shropshire, will be welcomed; please let me know the full citation details and, if possible, send me a copy for scanning – thank you. If there is something you would particularly like access to but which is not currently online by all means ask – I may have it scanned or photographed but not yet processed for release.
